Is RoomEaze a short term rental?
No, RoomEaze was designed for longer-term stays for workers in the community with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. In some cases, residents commit to longer stays of six to 12 months or more.
What are the benefits of co-living with RoomEaze?
Living in a RoomEaze room is different from traditional rentals. Members only pay one bill each week (or month), and it covers a private furnished room, all utilities (including wifi) and free credit repair. To be approved, you don’t need a minimum credit score, you only need to pay your first rent and security deposit. On average, Members save $420+ a month while living with RoomEaze, allowing Members to purchase a car, and pay off their credit cards or other business they need to handle.
How much can I save?
RoomEaze Members can save hundreds of dollars compared with traditional rentals. When you live with RoomEaze, you pay one bill each week (or month) which covers your rent, utilities, and free perks like credit repair and business start-up services. Not only are you saving money, but you’re building your credit and freeing up more income to do other things with.
Can I get a RoomEaze room with an eviction on my record?
Applicants who have one eviction on their record in the last 7 years can be approved, but applicants with more than one eviction may be rejected. Learn more about our Approval Criteria.
What is the minimum credit score required to rent?
Great news! There is no minimum credit score required to live with RoomEaze. When you apply to become a Member, we may review your credit history. However, your credit history is not a factor in the approval process. In fact, we offer a credit repair program that members can opt in to, helping 95 % of Members see an increase in their credit score.
Can I see a room before I move in?
Yes, you can schedule a viewing for a room you’re interested in. The unit manager will meet you at the unit and show you the room so that you can make a decision from there.
Will I have to sign a lease to rent with RoomEaze?
RoomEaze requires a 12-week minimum stay, with a penalty charged for moving out early. You can transfer to another RoomEaze property at any time with no penalty if one is available for the same or lower rent amount that you’re currently paying. If the property you’d like to transfer to has a higher rent amount you would pay the difference at move-in. After your initial commitment, you’ll automatically transition to a week-to-week commitment. A credit or debit card must be kept on file.
